Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 June 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Accessible3D website and the
services I offer through accessible3d.io. If you buy a printed
product, a digital file, or a custom order, the purchase is also governed by my
Terms of Sale, Returns and Withdrawal. My
Privacy Policy explains how I handle personal
data.
1. Who I am
Accessible3D is operated by me through:
- EA consulting v/Edis Adilovic
- Pantheonsgade 5, 2. sal, 5000 Odense C, Denmark
- CVR number: 41699981
- Email: edis@accessible3d.io
- Phone: +45 22 53 74 79
2. What Accessible3D offers
Accessible3D is my website for accessible 3D design, 3D printing, and non-visual model descriptions. Through the website I may offer:
- a library of 3D-printable models, including free downloads and descriptions written for non-visual browsing
- a shop with printed products and downloadable digital files
- a print quote service for customer-supplied 3D files
- custom design requests and design-related services
- articles, guides, and resources about accessible 3D design and printing
3. Acceptance of these terms
By using the website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the website. If you place an order, you must also read and accept the Terms of Sale, Returns and Withdrawal before payment.
4. Use of the website
You may use Accessible3D only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the website, other users, or my ability to run the service.
You must not:
- use the website in a way that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful
- attempt to damage, disable, overload, probe, bypass, scrape, or interfere with the website or its infrastructure
- upload, submit, copy, order, or request anything you do not have the right to use
- use the website to infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- submit files or requests for weapons, regulated items, illegal items, unsafe items, deceptive items, or anything intended for harmful use
- submit files or requests for medical, emergency, safety-critical, or official public-use products unless I have explicitly agreed in writing and the relevant legal requirements can be met
I may restrict access, reject a request, cancel an order, or remove submitted material if I reasonably believe it is unlawful, unsafe, infringing, abusive, technically harmful, or outside what I can responsibly provide.
5. Uploaded files and customer content
You are responsible for the files, text, photos, reference images, measurements, instructions, and other content you submit. This includes 3D files uploaded for a print quote and material sent for a custom design request.
You confirm that you have the right to use the content you submit, that it is lawful for me to process it for your request, and that it does not infringe another person's rights.
You keep ownership of your submitted content. You give me a limited right to use it only as needed to handle your request, prepare a quote, produce an order, provide support, document the transaction, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.
I treat customer-submitted files as private working material. I do not publish, resell, or reuse them as Accessible3D products unless you have clearly agreed to that separately.
Do not upload sensitive personal data unless it is genuinely needed for the request. If you are sending photos, names, medical details, or other personal information about someone else, you are responsible for having the right to share it.
6. Quotes, custom requests, and printability
A quote is based on the files, measurements, material choices, destination, and instructions you give me. If those details change, or if the file turns out to need repair, extra work, special handling, or a different print method, the price or delivery estimate may change before I accept the order.
3D printing has physical limits. Thin walls, small text, unsupported details, tight tolerances, unusual geometry, and material choice can affect the final result. I may suggest changes, refuse a print, or ask for approval before continuing if I think a file is likely to fail or produce a poor result.
A design idea, quote request, or file review is not a binding order until the order has been accepted under the Terms of Sale, Returns and Withdrawal.
7. Model files and intended use
Printed results can vary because of printer type, material, slicer settings, orientation, post-processing, and the condition of the printer. Digital model files and printed items from Accessible3D are not certified for safety-critical use unless I state that clearly in writing.
You should check every tactile model, Braille label, sign, map, tool, or assistive item before relying on it. This is especially important for permanent public signage, education, medical settings, emergency wayfinding, workplace safety, or any situation where an error could cause harm.
Accessible3D descriptions are written to make models easier to understand non-visually. They are not a substitute for testing the final printed object with the people who will use it.
8. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, product text, images, original model files, non-visual descriptions, and other material I create for Accessible3D are owned by me or licensed to me unless a page says otherwise.
Unless the model page gives a different license, free downloads may be used for personal, non-commercial printing. You may not resell, redistribute, upload elsewhere, include in a file bundle, or use Accessible3D model files commercially without my written permission.
This section does not claim ownership of files or content you submit yourself. Your rights in your own submitted material remain yours.
9. Third-party services
Accessible3D uses third-party services to run the website. These may include Stripe for payments, Brevo for email, Google Analytics where you consent to statistics cookies, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, hosting providers, shipping carriers, and similar operational services.
I choose providers that are suitable for the service, but I am not responsible for outages, delays, or failures caused by third-party systems outside my reasonable control. Personal data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Availability and changes to the website
I aim to keep the website available, accurate, and useful, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted access. I may change, pause, update, or remove parts of the website for maintenance, security, legal, accessibility, design, or operational reasons.
Product pages, model library entries, descriptions, prices, and availability may change over time. If you have already placed an accepted order, the Terms of Sale, Returns and Withdrawal explain how that order is handled.
11. Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights under Danish law, EU law, or other mandatory law that applies to you.
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, business interruption, loss caused by wrong or incomplete customer-submitted content, loss caused by misuse of a model or print, or loss caused by downtime, carriers, payment providers, hosting providers, or other third parties outside my reasonable control.
If you use a model, print, label, sign, map, or tactile aid in a context where safety, accessibility compliance, medical suitability, public information, or legal compliance matters, you are responsible for checking that the final result is suitable for that specific use unless I have agreed otherwise in writing.
12. Privacy
My Privacy Policy explains what personal data I collect, why I collect it, how long I keep it, who helps process it, what cookies and local storage I use, and what rights you have.
13. Changes to these terms
I may update these Terms of Service when the website, services, law, or business setup changes. The date at the top shows the current version. For purchases, the version accepted at checkout applies to that purchase unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer living in another EU or EEA country, mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected. If you live outside the EU or EEA, local mandatory rights may also apply where the law gives you those rights.
