Terms of Sale, Returns and Withdrawal
Last updated: 28 June 2026
These Terms of Sale, Returns and Withdrawal apply when you place an order with Accessible3D. I sell three main kinds of products and services, and the withdrawal rules are different for each:
- Printed stock products - physical items I print or stock and ship to you
- Digital downloads - 3D model files or other digital content delivered by download
- Custom-made orders - prints, files, or design work made from your file, measurements, brief, or personal specification

2. Who these terms apply to
These terms are written mainly for consumers buying from me online. If you buy as a consumer, your mandatory consumer rights apply and cannot be removed by these terms.
If you enter company details, a CVR or VAT number, or otherwise order for a business, I may treat the purchase as a business purchase unless the law says otherwise. Some consumer-only rules, including the statutory right of withdrawal, may not apply to business purchases.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent, guardian, or authorised business representative, to place an order.
3. Product types
These terms cover:
- Printed stock products: standard physical products sold through the shop.
- Digital downloads: files delivered electronically, for example STL, 3MF, SCAD, ZIP, or similar files.
- Print quote orders: physical prints made from files you upload.
- Custom design orders: design work, files, or prints made from your brief, reference images, measurements, or other personal specification.
If a product page contains specific license terms, material warnings, age restrictions, size notes, compatibility notes, or use limitations, those product-specific terms also apply.
4. Prices, VAT, shipping, and import costs
Prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK). Consumer prices include VAT where VAT is charged. For Danish consumer orders, this is Danish VAT. If a different tax treatment applies because of your destination, customer type, or checkout settings, the final price is shown before you pay.
Shipping costs, available delivery methods, and the total amount payable are shown before you complete checkout. If a product, quote, or custom request cannot be priced automatically, I will give you a separate price before you commit to the order.
For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties, customs charges, taxes, carrier fees, and clearance costs may be charged by your country or carrier. These costs are your responsibility unless checkout clearly says otherwise.
I may correct obvious pricing, typing, tax, stock, or technical errors before accepting an order. If you have already paid and I cannot accept the order on the corrected terms, I will refund you.
5. Ordering and payment
Before payment, checkout shows the product or service, quantity, main characteristics, delivery cost, taxes where applicable, total price, and the terms you are accepting.
You place the order when you complete checkout and use the final payment function, which must make it clear that you are committing to pay. Payment is handled by Stripe. I do not see or store your card number or full payment details. I receive the payment status, payment reference, and the details needed to fulfil the order.
After checkout, I send an order confirmation by email. The confirmation is your durable record of the order and includes the order details, the terms accepted at checkout, the withdrawal information where relevant, and the standard withdrawal form text.
I may reject or cancel an order if it cannot reasonably be produced, cannot be delivered to the destination, contains unlawful or infringing content, appears unsafe, concerns weapons or regulated items, results from an obvious error, or where fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or payment problems are reasonably suspected. If I cancel a paid order for one of these reasons, I refund the amount that must be refunded by law.
6. Delivery, risk, and uncollected parcels
Physical orders are shipped to the delivery address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for entering a correct and complete address, email address, phone number if required by the carrier, and destination country.
Delivery times are estimates unless I have explicitly agreed to a fixed delivery date. I am not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect delivery information, public holidays, weather, strikes, import checks, force majeure, or other circumstances outside my reasonable control.
For consumer purchases, the risk of accidental loss or damage normally passes to you when you or a person you choose receives the item. If you arrange your own carrier that I did not offer, risk may pass earlier where the law allows.
If a parcel is damaged on delivery, keep the packaging and contact me as soon as possible with photos. If you do not collect a parcel from a parcel shop, locker, post office, or carrier pickup point, that does not by itself count as using the right of withdrawal. You must still send a clear withdrawal statement if you want to withdraw. If an uncollected parcel is returned to me, I may deduct reasonable return or re-shipping costs where the law allows.
7. Download links for digital products
Digital downloads are delivered through a personal download link after payment, normally on the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. The link may work for a limited number of downloads and for a limited time. The limit is stated with the link where possible.
Save your files locally after downloading. If a link expires before you could reasonably download the file, contact me with your order number and I will help restore access where possible.
A download link is personal to you. Do not share it publicly, resell it, upload it elsewhere, or use it outside the license shown on the product page.
8. Right of withdrawal - overview
Returns at a glance
This is the short version. The full rules follow in the sections below.
- Changed your mind. You have 14 days from receiving a standard physical product to withdraw. Start with the withdrawal button, or email me. You pay the return postage, and I refund the item price plus the original standard delivery, to your original payment method, within 14 days. See section 9.1.
- Faulty, damaged, or wrong item. You have a 2-year right to complain. Contact me; I cover the return cost and repair, replace, or refund it. See section 12.
- Not returnable. Custom-made or personalised prints, and digital files once the download has started. See sections 9.2 and 9.3.
- Where to send returns. EA consulting v/Edis Adilovic, Pantheonsgade 5, 2. sal, 5000 Odense C, Denmark. Email me first so I can expect it and confirm the address. See section 10.
If you buy as a consumer online, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The rules are different for physical stock products, digital downloads, services, and custom-made or clearly personalised goods.
To withdraw, you must send a clear statement before the deadline. The easiest way is the on-site withdrawal button, where you confirm your order and withdraw in a few clicks, and I email you an acknowledgement. You can also send an email to orders@accessible3d.io with your name, order number, and the item or order you want to withdraw from, or use the standard withdrawal form in section 11. All of these are equally valid.
Withdrawal is separate from your defect rights. If an item is defective, section 12 applies even if the withdrawal period has ended.
9. Withdrawal rules by product type
9.1 Printed stock products
For standard physical products bought as a consumer, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a person chosen by you receives the item. If one order is delivered in several shipments, the period normally runs from the day you receive the last item, lot, or part.
You must notify me that you want to withdraw before the 14-day period expires. After that, you have another 14 days to return the item.
You pay the return shipping unless I have agreed otherwise. You are responsible for the item until I receive it back, so pack it securely and use a shipping method that gives you proof of posting.
I refund the amount paid for the returned item, including the original standard delivery cost. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard option offered, I do not have to refund the extra cost. I refund using the same payment method you used unless you and I agree otherwise.
I refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after I receive your withdrawal statement. I may wait until I have received the item back or you have shown proof that you sent it.
You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. If you handle it more than necessary and its value is reduced, I may deduct the reduction from the refund.
9.2 Digital downloads
Digital content delivered by download has a special rule. If you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost when delivery begins, the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost when you start downloading or otherwise access the digital content.
If your basket contains a digital product, checkout asks you to confirm that you want immediate delivery and that you understand the withdrawal right is lost once downloading or access begins. I record that consent with the order and repeat it in the confirmation where required.
If you do not give that consent, I may wait to deliver the digital content until the withdrawal period has ended, or I may cancel the digital purchase if immediate delivery is required for that product.
If a digital file is corrupt, missing, inaccessible, or materially different from what you bought, contact me. I will try to restore access, replace the file, correct the issue, or refund where the law requires it.
9.3 Custom-made or clearly personalised goods
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you are normally exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. This includes prints made from your uploaded file, items made to your measurements, and designs made from your personal brief or reference material.
The exemption only covers genuinely custom-made or clearly personalised goods. Choosing a standard colour, standard size, or normal shop option does not by itself remove your withdrawal right.
If you want to change or cancel a custom order before I start production, contact me immediately. I will help where possible, but once work has started or material has been used, cancellation may not be possible or may involve payment for the work already done.
9.4 Services and design work
If you buy a service, for example custom design work, and you ask me to start during the 14-day withdrawal period, you may have to pay a reasonable amount for the work already performed if you withdraw before the service is complete.
If the service has been fully performed before the withdrawal period ends, the withdrawal right may be lost if you expressly asked for early performance and acknowledged that you would lose the withdrawal right after full performance.
10. How to return a physical item
Before returning an item, email orders@accessible3d.io with your order number and withdrawal statement. I will confirm where to send it. Unless I give you another return address, returns should be sent to:
EA consulting v/Edis Adilovic, Pantheonsgade 5, 2. sal, 5000 Odense C, Denmark
Do not send returns by cash on delivery or without delivery to the return address. Returned items should be clean, complete, and packed securely. Include your order number in the parcel or return note so I can identify it.
11. Standard withdrawal form
You may, but do not have to, use this form. Copy it into an email to orders@accessible3d.io:
To EA consulting v/Edis Adilovic, Pantheonsgade 5, 2. sal, 5000 Odense C, Denmark. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods or services: [description and order number]. Ordered on: [date]. Received on: [date, if relevant]. Name of consumer: [your name]. Address of consumer: [your address]. Date: [date].
12. Defects and the 2-year complaint right
If you buy as a consumer, you have a 2-year right to complain about defects under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. A defect is normally a fault that was present at delivery, or where the cause of the fault was present at delivery.
You must complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. For consumer purchases, a complaint made within 2 months after you discovered the defect is always considered timely.
If there is a defect that I am responsible for, the remedy may be repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or another remedy required by law. The right remedy depends on the product, the defect, cost, proportionality, and what is possible.
The complaint right does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or accidents after delivery, problems caused by using the item outside its intended purpose, damage caused by modifications you made, or errors caused solely by customer-submitted files, text, measurements, or approvals. This does not limit your rights if I introduced the error in production.
To complain, email orders@accessible3d.io with your order number, a clear description of the problem, photos or video if useful, and whether the problem appeared immediately or after use.
13. Submitted files, measurements, and rights
For uploaded print files and custom design orders, you are responsible for the files, measurements, spelling, text, references, permissions, and instructions you send. You confirm that you have the right to use the submitted content and that producing it will not infringe another person's rights.
I may reject, pause, or cancel an order if the submitted content appears unlawful, infringing, unsafe, deceptive, weapon-related, regulated, technically unsuitable, or outside what I can responsibly produce.
If I reject or cancel a paid order before production because of this section, I refund any amount that has not already been earned for work performed, material used, or costs incurred, unless the law requires a different result.
14. Complaints and dispute resolution
Contact me first at orders@accessible3d.io so I can try to solve the issue directly.
If you are a consumer and I cannot find a solution with you, you may be able to complain through Klageportalen at Nævnenes Hus. The case may be handled by Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager and, where the conditions are met, Forbrugerklagenævnet.
If you live in another EU country and bought from me in Denmark, Forbruger Europa may be able to help with cross-border consumer complaints.
15. Governing law
These Terms of Sale, Returns and Withdrawal are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer living in another EU or EEA country, mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected. If you live outside the EU or EEA, local mandatory rights may also apply where the law gives you those rights.
